ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Tim.

I’m a project and delivery manager with two decades of experience across videogames, digital products, TV, and book publishing. My career has taken me from global studios to agency environments, giving me a 360° view of how projects succeed from concept to delivery.

I began my journey at Electronic Arts in 2006, when banner ads were still built in Flash and Facebook was just emerging. Over five years at EA, I worked across AAA franchises like Burnout, FIFA, Battlefield, The Sims, Dead Space, and Harry Potter, moving from QA into cross-channel marketing and campaign management across Europe.

At PlayStation, I continued building digital and social campaigns for iconic titles including God of War, Ratchet & Clank, Bloodborne, and The Tomorrow Children.

Following this, I joined Play Consulting, an agency role that sharpened my skills in client-facing projects and delivery management. There, I worked with a range of partners, helping organisations design better processes, deliver complex digital initiatives and products, and align cross-functional teams around shared goals. It gave me hands-on experience in adapting delivery practices to very different industries and cultures, and cemented my people-first, outcome-driven approach.

Most recently, I spent five years as a Producer II at Splash Damage, leading feature teams, refining processes, and supporting the creation of ambitious, innovative games.

Now I bring this breadth of experience to a wider range of digital projects, launching campaigns, guiding feature teams, and designing ways of working that help people thrive. I focus on creating clarity, alignment, and confidence in delivery.
